Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
3. IS FREIGHT INCLUDED?
Freight is not included and all shipment are FOB. We can ship using one of our carriers and add to your invoice or we can ship using your specified carrier and account.
4. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO SUBMIT MY ORDER?
You can submit an order via email or fax. Please visit our contact page for further information.
5. CAN I GET AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF MY INVOICE?
All invoices are sent via email the day after your product has shipped.
6. WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER FOR CABLE ASSEMBLIES?
We accept small or large volume cable assembly orders with a $150.00 minimum.
7. CAN YOU PROVIDE SAMPLES?
Yes, we can provide samples most of the time. Please contact our sales department with your request and we will let you know what is possible.
8. WHAT ABOUT THE PAYMENT?
TT or LC at sight.
9. WHAT ABOUT THE SHIPMENT TERM?
FOB, CIF, C&F
10. HOW SHOULD I COMPLETE THE PAYMENT?
Please transmit (T/T) the payment from your bank to our bank.
11. WHAT ABOUT THE PRODUCING TIME?
Normally producing time will be around 30 working days.
12. What’s the MOQ requirments of your products.
Our MOQ requirement depends on actual size and cable type, please see below chart:
